The Hayter Harrier 48 Autodrive is fitted with a Loncin Engine These premium power-units require no priming and feature a float-feed carburettor for stress-free pull-starts; and a performance muffler for low-noise operation. An automotive-style pleated paper air-filter works with an aluminium cylinder lining to ensure a lengthy engine-life; while the incorporation of an extra-large diameter rewind starter means only a light pull on the starter-cord is needed for ignition.
