1. Open an Online Map
Go to Google Maps or use the interactive map above. Type in your postcode and zoom in on your garden.
2. Measure the Area
Once you’ve zoomed in on your lawn:
- Right-click on one corner of the lawn
- Select “Measure distance”
- Click around the edges of your lawn to draw the shape
- Once you connect the shape back to the starting point, your lawn’s area will appear in square metres (m²)
