Simplicity's Broadmoor SLT 300 is a high quality, 50"/127 cm side discharge tractor, that combines high performance and comfort with a range of premium features to make mowing the lawn not feel like a chore.

Simplicity's signature Free Floating™ mower deck allows the contours of the ground to be followed and avoid scalping, whilst the full-width rollers provide a classic striped finish. Simplicity's Quick Hitch™ system allows easy deck removal without tools, whilst a wash port makes underside deck cleaning simple.

Lifting the steel bonnet reveals a Briggs & Stratton Professional™ Series 8260 V Twin cylinder engine. This powerful and well-specified unit features Electronic Fuel Management (EFM) to provide automotive-style starting and proven performance.

A Tuff-Torq® K57 hydrostatic transmission allows forward and reverse to be easily controlled by the foot-operated pedal and allows the user to keep both hands on the steering wheel, particularly useful for those trickier negotiations. Cruise control comes as standard, a major benefit when working on larger obstruction free areas. The Simplicity Broadmoor SLT 300 has a useful feature known as Automatic Controlled Traction (ACT). Should a driven wheel begin to slip or lose grip then power is transferred to the other wheel to maintain momentum.

A cooler more comfortable driving position is assured due to the 9 position mesh seat which allows air to circulate. A cutting range of 40mm-80mm is managed by the dashboard-mounted switch as is the electric cutter engagement control. Further features of the ergonomic dashboard include an hour and maintenance meter.

Durability and strength are enhanced thanks to the double welded steel frame and a solid steel bumper. A tight turning circle of just 59 cm aids manoeuvrability, whilst the front pivoting cast iron axle and large 22" wheels allow a smoother ride over uneven ground.

LED headlights and a towing eye are standard, a mulch kit and collector are available as an option.
