Built for the most heavy duty work in forestry and mobile saw mils the MS 881 is in a league of its own boasting 121.6 cc and 6.4Kw / 8.6Hp, it is the only saw in the STIHL range to drive a .404 pitch chain. With standard bar lengths up to 41 inches and able to accept guide bars up to 59 inches, the MS 881 can is the machine of choice when working with heavy timber.
