The local garden machinery business that is….. still a cut above the rest!
An immaculate lawn and garden is essential, as our gardens increasingly become an extension of our living space. And to keep your garden in trim you need the right machinery to make the job pleasurable.
Helping customers to select the correct machinery has been so successful for one Lincolnshire firm it continues to grow year in, year out to keep up with demand from it’s ever increasing customer base.
Directors Gavin and Kirsten Bird started Green Stripe Garden Machinery twenty three years ago. Formally trading from Hemswell Cliff, the business was moved to its present location back in 2002. Within the purpose converted premises, Green Stripe offers its customers the full package, a sales department dealing with most leading manufacturers, high stock levels and a dedicated showroom with over a hundred different types of machine on display, staffed by efficient personnel who know the industry, giving advice freely and complete with a superb demonstration ground which is available to show machinery without any commitment to purchase. Competitive pricing on all types of machinery all year round to suit every budget.
Also a comprehensively stocked spare parts department offering parts availability for most makes regardless of age. A mail order system is available to provide a next day delivery service on all stock item parts throughout the UK. Trade and retail enquiries are always welcome.
To support both of these departments is a team of factory trained technicians. With a full collection and delivery service operating throughout Lincolnshire.
Living in a rural community Gavin, Kirsten and the team appreciate the customer interest in leisure activities, and gardening is Britains leading recreational pursuit with television shows like Ground Force inspiring people to make the most of their gardens. And with the vast range of machinery now available the chores within the garden are all becoming more mechanised.
Green Stripe is located at Bishop Bridge on the A631 midway between Market Rasen and Caenby Corner, and are currently open Monday to Friday 8 am – 5 pm.
