Is the BCS 740F easy to use?
The BCS 740F is very simple to operate and features the new BCS PowerSafe® clutch that stops both the drive and implement when you let go of the operator presence lever. It does this without stopping the engine and in our opinion this makes the BCS 740F the safest two wheel tractor currently available.
The BCS 740F has three working speeds with reverse and large 5.00 x 10 wheels which provide the traction required for all types of ground condition.
Other features of the BCS 740F include a differential that can be locked to help with manoeuvrability when working on uneven terrain and unlocked to assist with on the spot turning, and steering brakes to help with operating larger heavier attachments such as the hay rake.
The 85cm Flail Mower has 36 heavy-duty free swinging blades with a tapered cutting edge so it will effortlessly cut and mulch the toughest vegetation in one pass. The wide open front ensures that vegetation reaches the blades whilst a full width steel rear roller prevents unnecessary scalping of the ground. The cutting height is easily adjusted from 1cm to 6cm depending on the type of finish required.
